Minutes read and some changes were made. Minutes accepted by Ann & Kate.
Bob sent a thank you note to David & Geraldine Hungerford for their $100 donation for Canterbury Rd Tree Project.
Treasurer’s report by Lucille. Total expenses March-August = $176.50 from budget. We have $423.50 left.
Non-Lapsing, total for Charrette $3,150.
We will put a variety of articles for the Charrette in the Suncook Sun and on the website.
Tasks for Charrette.
Tracy Scott will let us use his trolley. Richard Debold and Zack Boyajian will get all the necessary paperwork to Robin for Charrette.
Dawn and Lucille will help coordinate lunch. Country store will do breakfast. Ann & Philip will coordinate dinners. Caterer will make 3 large trays of main dish. Veggie lasagna, regular lasagna, and Shepherd’s pie.
Michelle to talk with the school about participating in Charrette. Also contact monitor reporter.
Another Charrette meeting is scheduled for Sept. 15 @ Historical Society @ 7.
Bob- Canterbury Rd. Tree Project
Most look good. A couple do not look good. Bob thinks we should fertilize the trees. He will do this starting this week.
Scenic Rd. - Kate and Michelle
Visited people on Webster Mills Rd.
The Welch's were very interested. The Sykes were also interested. The Snow’s were also interested.
We will pursue visits after Labor Day.
Fall Bulb Planting
We would like to plant more on the walking trails in Carpenter Park.
Kate will stop by Agway in Concord to see if we can get a deal on the bulbs. We would like to do 200.
We need someone to do clippings/notebook project. We will check around the community to see if we can find someone to do this.
Planning board to review MP chapter on September 4th.
